Jump Training with OSF
Looking to have your athlete jump HIGHER and get STRONGER? Look no further! Jump training is back and will be led by our partners Ohio Sports and Fitness (OSF)! This program will teach athletes balance, coordination, and mobility, how to properly lift, and improve overall strength and performance.
The program will be split into warmups/primers, plyometrics and jumping, strength training, and mobility/cool down. It is a 8 week (16 session) program that will be run on Mondays and Wednesdays, May 29th through July 24th (off July 3rd). After two days of introductory assessments and baseline testing, your athlete will get split into either a beginner or advanced group. PLEASE NOTE: the beginner and advanced groups will train at different times after the initial first 2 introductory dates! Beginners will train from 6:45-8:00 PM. Advanced will train from 5:30-6:45 PM. This program is available to girls and boys, ages 12-18.

- Two introductory assessments and baseline testing will be done from 5:30-8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 29th and Monday, June 3rd. Please note that these will be the only days where your athlete trains from 5:30-8:00 - after these dates they will be put into either our 5:30-6:45 group or 6:45-8:00 group.
- Athletes will then be put into either the beginner or advanced group - PLEASE note that these groups train at different times. Beginners will train from 6:45-8:00 PM. Advanced will train from 5:30-6:45 PM.
