JUMP TRAINING:

SUMMER SESSION JUNE 10-JULY 22

Our Jump Training Program will incorporate jump, speed and agility and strength training.  It will be be an intensive program to get you prepared for high school or college season.  We have a highly motivating coach teaching the course so come ready to work.  This class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-2:30PM.  Cost $225
