JUMP TRAINING:

SUMMER 2022 SESSION JUNE 20-JULY 28

Our Jump Training Program will incorporate jump, speed and agility and strength training.  It will be be an intensive program to get you prepared for high school or college season.  Class is open to 6th through college ages.  Our program is designed by Danny Coughlin, so come ready to work.  This class will meet on Mondays and Thursdays from 1-2:00PM.  Cost $200.
